Engevita® HiPRO Beyond is a yeast protein derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae with a minimum protein content of 80% (dry matter). It provides a complete amino acid profile, including all essential amino acids. This non-animal, gluten-free, allergen-free, and non-GMO protein is designed for protein enrichment across a wide range of food applications. As a non-functional protein, it integrates seamlessly into complex food matrices without modifying texture, stability, or processing behavior.
