We take the water out cold — below 60°F, where conventional concentration runs past 180°F — so what stays in the bottle still tastes like it came off the vine and still carries its color and actives intact. The result is a like-fresh concentrate often at many times the polyphenol levels of commodity product, dropping straight into your existing concentrate applications.
Lecithin-enabled natural color - for teams who care about clean, capable color. Many natural colors are carried on maltodextrin and bring meaningful sugar and acid into the formula along with the color.
