Food-Grade Fibers:
Wheat Fiber (Unicell Wheat Fiber WF)
A flavorless, odorless powder available in multiple grades (30–500 μm). Exhibits excellent water and oil binding capacities, ideal for texturizing and stabilizing emulsions.
Oat Fiber
Insoluble powder processing from oat straw. High fiber content (≥ 90%), gluten-free, flavourless, with strong water/oil binding properties for moisture retention and fat reduction .
Sugar Cane, Apple, Cocoa, Citrus Fibers
