NatureIn® and DV®, our liquid and dry vinegar product lines, will help you produce safer, fresher, tastier, and cleaner label products. These products inhibit the outgrowth of pathogens, including Listeria monocytogenes and Clostridium spp., and extend primary and secondary shelf-life all without compromising on flavor. Naturally-derived from vinegar or a combination of vinegar and lemon juice concentrate, our NatureIn® and DV® products are designed for a broad range of applications—from ready-to-eat meats and poultry to marinades, prepared foods, and sauces. With various sodium profiles available, including no sodium options, processors can fine-tune formulations to meet sodium reduction targets.
